Youth Club is for kids that want to be a part of a team without joining a sporting team. Once a month we have an event, either at our home base (Fight 4 Youth) or out, like our regular Bounce & Pizza nights. Upper primary-school aged kids play fitness games, that build resilience, encourage understanding and empathy, involve problem solving and create stronger bonds with their peers.

Acting Up.JPG

Acting Up

A fun and interactive way for teenagers to learn how to manage life’s difficult situations and discussions through experiential learning, role play activities and group discussion. We aim to help form an emotional and physical memory that will give participants the tools they need when facing a range of issues down the track. This can range from bullying, peer pressure, advocating for one’s needs - being comfortably saying no without being drawn into the age old and unproductive feeling of guilt.

Individual & group support

We offer individual & group support for disability services. Call Leisa to make an appointment: 0450 701 973.
